Freezer Cole Slaw
Freezer Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cabbage head, 1 green pepper, 2 carrots, chopped, 1 c. vinegar and 2 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Let cabbage, green pepper and carrots set 1 hour.
In saucepan, add vinegar, salt, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Pour this over cabbage, green pepper and carrots.
Let set 2 hours.
Drain well and place in freezer containers and put into freezer.
When ready to use, thaw and mix in mayonnaise to taste.
