Fried Bows
Fried Bows is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 12 tbsp. sugar, 12 tbsp. oil, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat the eggs.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Make a ring of flour.
Add ingredients and knead until smooth. Add more or less flour.
Roll dough a small amount at a time about 3-inches wide, very thin.
Cut into 3-inch rectangles.
Cut a slit in center. Pull one end through slit. Deep fry until a light tan. Remove to paper towel.
These can be made a few days before needed. Will keep for a few weeks. Sprinkle powdered sugar when ready to serve.
