Fruit Cocktail Cake
Fruit Cocktail Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 c. fruit cocktail, 1 tsp. soda and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream sugar and eggs.
Add 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon soda. Stir in 2 cups fruit cocktail, until well blended.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts on top of batter.
Bake 40 minutes at 325Β°.
