Fruit Tarts
Fruit Tarts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. sifted flour, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 jar raspberry or apricot preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cream together the butter and cream cheese.
Sift flour and salt together.
Combine flour mixture with creamed mixture.
Leave dough in refrigerator about 2 hours.
Roll out dough.
Make small triangles in dough with knife or fancy pie cutter.
Place preserves (about 1/4 teaspoon) in center of each triangle.
Lift 3 points of triangle; fold and pinch together.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for approximately 12 minutes.
