German Cole Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small to large head cabbage, shredded, 1 onion, chopped, 1 c. sugar, divided use, salt to taste and 1 tbsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cabbage and onion. Remove 2 tablespoons sugar and reserve. Add larger portion of sugar to vegetables.
Heat to boiling remaining ingredients and reserved sugar.
Cool and pour over vegetables.
Mix well. Store in jars in refrigerator.
