Hamburger Stroganoff
Hamburger Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/4 c. butter, 2 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook and stir hamburger and onion in margarine in a 10-inch skillet until hamburger is light brown.
Add flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in soup.

Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
