Brown hamburger.
In small bowl, mix soup with 1/2 cup water to thin.
In 9 x 9-inch pan, layer half hamburger, half mixed vegetables and top with Tater Tots.
Pour over half soup mixture. Layer remaining ingredients again, topping with soup.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
