Homemade Peach Ice Cream
Homemade Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, 6 to 8 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped, 2 large cans evaporated milk, dash of salt and vanilla to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put in blender the eggs, sugar and 1 can of milk.
Blend well. Pour into freezer tub.
Add peaches to blender and 1 can of milk and blend well.
Add salt and vanilla.
Pour into freezer tub and finish filling with milk.
Stir well and taste for flavoring. Freeze according to directions for your ice cream freezer.
Makes 1 gallon.
