Ice Cream Cake Roll
Ice Cream Cake Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. ice cream, 1 angel cake mix and 1 jar ice cream topping or fresh fruit topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Grease, flour and wax paper 3 cookie sheets.
Make angel food cake as directed on package.
Pour into pans and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 325Β°.
When cooked, remove cakes immediately from pan and turn out onto a clean dish towel that has been sprinkled lightly with confectioners sugar.
Peel off wax paper and roll cake in cloth, working quickly and gently.
Cool in cloth.
