Ice Cream Delight
Ice Cream Delight is an easy dinner. Made with 2 packs ritz crackers, crushed, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, soften, 2 packs flavored instant pudding (banana and coconut cream are good) and 1 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together crackers and melted margarine.
Save 3/4 cup for topping.
Put remainder on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat with mixer until smooth ice cream, pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk.
Pour over cracker crumbs that you pressed down.
Chill 2 hours or make day before.
Add 8 ounces Cool Whip and sprinkle with remainder crumbs on top.
