In large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar, peanut butter, baking soda and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Drop dough from an ice cream scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 14 to 16 minutes.
Freezes well.
