Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. diced boiled ham, 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped, 2 stalks celery, sliced, 1/2 green pepper, seeded and diced and 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
