Juanita's Christmas Pecan Pie
Juanita'S Christmas Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pastry for unbaked pastry shell, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. pecan meats and 1/2 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, corn syrup and butter.
Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly, until butter is melted.
Cool for 10 minutes or so.
Beat eggs well.
Gradually add cooled syrup to beaten eggs.
Add pecan meats.
Add vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
