Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, small can tomato paste, large can whole tomatoes and lasagna noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef and onion; put in tomato paste, canned tomatoes (chopped), salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle generously with oregano.
Simmer.
Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water. Take container of cottage cheese and mix in one egg.
Drain noodles when tender.
Put a little sauce in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Put a layer of noodles, then 1/2 of cottage cheese.
Spread over noodles.
Shake Parmesan to cover, then one package of Mozzarella, then half of sauce.
Repeat.
Mozzarella on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° uncovered.
