Lasagne-in-a-Bun
Lasagne-In-A-Bun is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix, 1/4 tsp. oregano and 1/4 tsp. basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook ground beef and drain.
Add tomato sauce, soup mix, oregano and basil.
Cook, covered, on low for 5 minutes.
Uncover and cook 15 minutes.
Combine egg, Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Cut thin strips off tops of rolls and hollow out bottoms. Fill with layered meat mixture, cheese and more meat mixture and roll top.
Cover each sandwich with foil and bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
May be frozen and reheated.
