Laura's Worry Free Ice Cream
Laura'S Worry Free Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2nd nature egg substitute (5 eggs), 1 c. sugar, 10 pkg. sweet 'n low sweetener, 3 cans carnation low-fat evaporated milk and 3 tbsp. pure vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cream sugars and egg substitute until smooth.
Add evaporated milk and vanilla and mix well.
Add nonfat milk and pour into freezer container.
If larger than 5-quart freezer is used, add additional nonfat milk as required.
May be topped with fresh fruit of your choice.
This recipe was created for and tested by my family with a low fat, low sugar content.
