Lipton Oven Roasted Potatoes
Lipton Oven Roasted Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1 tsp. thyme leaves (optional) and 1 tsp. marjoram leaves (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes.
Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, turning potatoes over halfway through baking time, for 60 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Makes servings. (Also, good with mushroom soup mix.)
