Little Debbie's Pork Barbecue
Little Debbie'S Pork Barbecue is an easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. boneless pork roast, 1 c. catsup, 1/4 lb. brown sugar and 1/2 c. broth from pork (grease removed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

After roasting pork, put broth to the side to cool.
Shred cooled pork into crock-pot or baking dish.
(Remove grease from broth, using about a tray of ice cubes.
Grease will stick to ice cubes after broth is cooled.
Throw ice cubes and fat away.)
Add 1/2 of broth to shredded pork, brown sugar and catsup.
Mix well and taste (add more sugar or catsup to your taste).
Let simmer in oven or crock-pot (simmer at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes).
Serve over rolls.
