Lucille's Homemade Ice Cream
Lucille'S Homemade Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (instant), 1 carton sour cream, 1 large can pet milk and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs and sugar well; add sour cream, Pet milk and pudding mix.
Mix on slow for about 2 minutes.
Fold in cream that has been whipped.
Pour into freezer container and finish filling with milk.
When making strawberry or peach, use about 1 quart of sweetened fruit that has been chopped in blender.
When making peach ice cream, use a half teaspoon almond extract.
If you make vanilla, use the French vanilla instant pudding.
