Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Combine margarine, graham cracker crumbs and sugar; press on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until set.
Cool, then refrigerate.
