Microwave Fruit Pudding
Microwave Fruit Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can comstock fruit pie filling (any kind), 1/2 pkg. (18.2 oz.) yellow cake mix, 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1/2 c. cashew nuts, coarsely chopped and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Spread pie filling in 8-inch square microwave-safe dish.
In small bowl, mix 1/2 box yellow cake mix, melted butter, nuts and cinnamon.
Spread evenly over pie filling.
Microwave on High for 11 to 13 minutes; turn 1/4 turn half way through.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
