Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk and 1 pkg. mint chocolate chips, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar. Press on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Cool to room temperature and chill thoroughly.
Garnish as desired and refrigerate leftovers.
