Mom's Beef-Noodle Casserole
Mom'S Beef-Noodle Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 c. chopped celery and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown onion in skillet with margarine. Add meat and brown. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water.
Also cook celery in salted water.
Drain each.
Mix onion, meat mixture, celery and noodles with undiluted tomato soup.
Put in a shallow baking dish or casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
