New Orleans Jambalaya
New Orleans Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 1 chicken, boned and cut up (about 2 1/2 to 3 c.), 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa, 4 c. chopped onions and 2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Put pork chops in frying pan or skillet.
Put on high heat. Go away and do not tend for at least 30 minutes.
When you return, fan smoke detector as it should be blaring by now.
Scrape or chisel pork chops from pan and either throw away or use as hockey pucks.
Send out for pizza!
