Noodles Romanoff
Noodles Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles, 2 c. dairy sour cream, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. snipped chives and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook noodles as directed on package.
Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic.
Stir margarine into hot noodles.
Stir in sour cream mixture.
Arrange in dish or platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Makes 8 servings.
