Noodles with Sour Cream
Noodles With Sour Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. egg noodles, 1 c. sour cream (dairy), 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. scallions or chives, chopped and 1 c. parmesan cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook noodles in salted water until tender; drain.
Do not blanch.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add 1 tablespoon scallions, sour cream, cheese, nutmeg and noodles.
Toss lightly to coat noodles.
If mixture is dry, add more sour cream or some milk. Turn into a heated bowl.
Sprinkle with remaining onions.
Serve immediately.
