Core apples; pare upper third of each apple to prevent skin from splitting.
Place apples upright in ungreased baking pan. Mix raisins, honey and 2 tablespoons chopped pecans.
Fill center of each apple with raisin mixture.
Pour hot water into pan to 1/4-inch depth.
Bake at 325Β° for 60 minutes.
Cool apples 5 to 10 minutes.
Spoon topping onto apples and sprinkle with finely chopped pecans.
Serve warm or cold.
