Old Fashioned Oven Pancake
Old Fashioned Oven Pancake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 1/2 c. milk, 3 eggs and 10 oz. bacon or canadian bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In bowl combine flour and half of milk.
Beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating.
Stir in rest of milk.
Set aside for a short time while preparing bacon.
Cut bacon into small strips or cubes.
Saute lightly in a skillet.
Distribute bacon bits in an ovenproof casserole and pour pancake batter over it.
Bake at 400Β° for about 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Cut into squares.
Serve warm.
