Orange and Noodle Aspic
Orange And Noodle Aspic is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles (medium or large), 2 c. pineapple juice, 3 oz. pkg. orange jell-o, 1 c. orange sections (fresh or canned) and 1/2 c. diced cucumber, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook the noodles as mentioned on the package.
Drain and rinse in cold water; drain again and cool the noodles.
Bring to a boil 1 cup pineapple juice.
Remove from the heat and add the orange Jell-O, stirring to dissolve the gelatin.
Then add the rest of the juice and let cool the mixture until it is half taken in Jell-O. Add the noodles, the orange sections and the diced cucumber.
Pour in an already buttered 1 1/2-quart mold and refrigerate.
To serve, unmold on lettuce.
