Orange Chicken and Rice Wok
Orange Chicken And Rice Wok is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 lb. chicken filets, cut in strips, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. mayonnaise or miracle whip and 1/2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil in wok and stir-fry chicken until browned.
Drain. Reduce heat and stir in combined mayonnaise, juice and brown sugar. Add rice and green pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat. Add orange and pineapple.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes so that the rice will "process".
Makes 4 servings.
Recipe can be doubled.
