Orange Juice Muffins
Orange Juice Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bisquick baking mix, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. grated orange peel, 1 egg and 2/3 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
Mix together the Bisquick, 2 tablespoons sugar, egg, orange peel and orange juice.
Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon over tops of each muffin.
Bake 15 minutes.
