Oven Fried Chicken
Oven Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut into pieces, 3/4 c. buttermilk, 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 tbsp. paprika and 2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
Combine and mix buttermilk, bouillon and oregano.
Let stand 10 minutes; stir. Place chicken in a large bowl; pour bouillon mixture over it; toss to coat.
In plastic bag, mix flour and paprika.
Add a few pieces of chicken at a time and shake to coat.
Place in shallow baking pan.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until golden brown at 350Β°.
