Oven-Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
Oven-Roasted Sweet Potato Fries is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. vegetable oil, divided, 4 large sweet potatoes or baking potatoes, scrubbed, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Line cookie sheet with foil.
Brush with 1 teaspoon of oil.
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick wedges.
Transfer to a large bowl.

Spread potatoes in single layer on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and crisp.
