Pancakes
Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Combine egg, buttermilk and butter, slowly stir into dry ingredients (pancake batter will be very thick).
For each pancake spoon about 1/4 cup batter into a very hot skillet with moderate oil.
Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are brown.
Serve with syrup.
