Pecan Tarts
Pecan Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick soft oleo, 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, 1 c. sifted flour, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix stick of oleo, cream cheese and flour well.
Form into 24 balls about size of walnut.
Press into 24 small tart tins.
Fill with the following: chopped pecans pieces (3 to 4 pieces in each section).
In separate bowl, mix 2 eggs (beaten), brown sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt and melted butter.
Pour over nut pieces to 1/4-inch from top.
Place broken nut pieces on top of each tart. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool before removing from pan.
These are great to freeze also.
