Peppermint Brownie Meltaways
Peppermint Brownie Meltaways is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pack brownie mix, 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1 egg and 1/2 c. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix brownie mix, water, oil and egg.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, bake for 30 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of butter and peppermint extract.
Stir in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until spreading consistency.
Spread over brownies.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until frosting is firm. Heat chocolate and 2 teaspoons butter until melted.
Drizzle evenly over frosting; spread evenly.
Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
Cut into 1 1/2 or 2-inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
Makes 48 or 24 brownies.
