Quesadillas
Quesadillas is an easy dinner. Made with 12 (6-inch) corn or (8-inch) flour tortillas, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 2 c. shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese (8 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rub both sides of each tortilla lightly with oil; place on waxed paper or a paper plate. Microwave each tortilla on 100 %, (high) for 45 seconds. Sprinkle cheese on hot tortilla; fold tortilla in half. Microwave on 100 %, (high) for 35 seconds or until cheese melts. Repeat procedure for each tortilla and serve immediately.
