Quick Chicken Noodle Soup
Quick Chicken Noodle Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, 1/2 pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen), 2 to 3 stalks celery, leftover chicken, cooked or 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut up and 4 bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Fill Dutch oven pot 3/4 full with water.
Put in spices and bouillon.
Cut up and put in onion and celery.
Bring to boil. Throw in leftover chicken (if chicken breast is uncooked, put in with onion and celery) and mixed vegetables.
Let cook on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes.
Put in flavor package from 1 of the Oodles of Noodles (not noodles).
Mix cornstarch with small amount cold water in separate bowl until smooth.
Turn heat up on high to boil.
Pour in starch mixture slowly while stirring soup.
Break up noodles while still in package.
Pour into soup.
Let cook another 3 minutes.
Serve.
