Mix mushroom soup, water and stroganoff mix and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and form into 1 1/2-inch balls (makes 18 to 20 meatballs).

Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover and return to oven to brown tops.
