Reduced Fat Poke Cake
Reduced Fat Poke Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. light white cake mix, bake as directed, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jello (any flavor), can use sugar-free, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water and 8 oz. container light cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Poke holes with fork in cake in 1/2-inch intervals (cooled cake).
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and stir.
Pour gelatin over cake.
Chill cake in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Frost cake with Cool Whip.
Can mix fresh strawberries or bananas in with Cool Whip.
Use 13 x 9-inch pan. Makes 18 servings.
