Roast Leg of Lamb
Roast Leg Of Lamb is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 lb. leg of lamb, juice of 2 lemons, 1/4 c. butter, 10 cloves garlic and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Wash the meat well and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper and peeled cloves of garlic.
Make 10 incisions in the leg of lamb with a sharp knife and place the garlic cloves in each incision.
Place leg of lamb into a roasting pan; pour lemon juice and melted butter over meat and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Place roast in the oven and bake for about 4 hours.
Check roast after 1 hour and add 1 cup of water.
When meat is half done, add potatoes around the lamb.
