Roasted Onions(Cipolle Arrostiti) is an easy dinner. Made with 4 large spanish onions, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/4 c. wine vinegar and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place onions on a baking sheet bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until tender but not mushy.
They should be crunchy to the bite.
When they are done, cool and peel.
