Roasted Pecan Clusters
Roasted Pecan Clusters is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 c. pecan pieces and 5 1/2 sq. (2 1/3 oz. each) chocolate candy coating, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt butter, pour in 15 x 10 x 1-inch roll pan. Add pecans and stir to coat.
Bake in 300Β°
25 minutes, stirring
10 minutes.
Put on and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Place candy coating of double boiler.
Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook until coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes, add pecans and stir until coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed let cool.
