Salmon Stew
Salmon Stew is an impressive soup you can prepare in just 46 minutes. Made with medium potatoes, medium onion, diced, whole kernel corn, drained, butter beans, drained and small can english peas, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Boil in large pot with potatoes fully immersed, but just covered in water. Add onion and margarine. Cook until these are tender, but not mushy.
Add canned vegetables, ketchup and tomato juice.
Bring to boil, stirring often for 10 minutes. Add salmon.
