Salsa

Made with 4 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped and drained, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar and 1 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine ingredients except for jalapeños.
Do not cover. Microwave on High for 3 minutes, stirring once.
Add jalapeños and microwave another 3 minutes, or until it just begins to boil, stirring once.
Drain off excess liquid and refrigerate to chill. Serve cold with tortilla chips or poultry.
