Sausage Muffins
Sausage Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown sausage in skillet.
Stir until it crumbles; drain and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Make well in center.
Combine milk, egg and butter.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Stir in sausage and cheese.
Place baking cups in muffin pan and spray cups.
Spoon batter into cups, filling 2/3's full.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from pans.
Yield: 12 muffins.
