Shellfish Stew is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bacon, cut in pieces, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 10 oz. frozen mixed veggies and 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook bacon; then add onion and green pepper.
Continue cooking until light brown.
Add tomatoes and 1 1/2 cups water. Add potatoes, salt, garlic, oregano pepper.
Simmer
20 minutes or until potatoes tender.
Add veggies and mushrooms; cook about 10 minutes.
Shrimp, oysters and clams.
Bring to a boil and cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
