Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. cooked, peeled and cleaned shrimp, 3 tbsp. chopped onion, 6 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut large shrimp in half.
Cook vegetables in butter or margarine until tender; blend in flour and salt.
Combine soup and milk; add to vegetable mixture and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp and pour into a well-greased 1-quart casserole.
Combine melted butter or margarine and breadcrumbs; sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 400Β° about 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
