Smoothies
Smoothies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fruit (fresh, canned or even applesauce), 2 to 3 c. ice cubes, sugar to taste and water (if needed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put 2 cups fruit (ex. strawberries) in blender.
Chop until pureed.
Add 2 to 3 cups ice cubes.
Blend until ice is slushy. Add sugar to taste.
Blend again.
Pour into tall glass.
Tastes great!

Try peaches, pineapple, watermelon or even applesauce.
Add a little vanilla ice cream with applesauce.
