Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Sour Cream Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream the butter, sugar and add the eggs sour cream and vanilla.
Beat well, gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder and soda.
Place half mixture in a buttered 9-inch tube pan and sprinkle half of the topping mixture over.
Place remaining dough on top and sprinkle with the remaining topping.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
Serves 10 to 12.
